What are amino acids?

Ultimate Amino contains a carefully formulated mix of performance-enhancing ingredients, including:

With a daily intake of approximately 3 grams of creatine, this can contribute to better performance during intensive training sessions.

Usage

Ultimate Amino is ideal for use during training or around sports activities, providing the body with readily absorbable amino acids immediately.

Add 1 level scoop (approx. 17 grams) daily to a shaker or a large glass of water, fruit or vegetable juice, unless otherwise advised. Stir well and drink. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Excessive use may have a laxative effect. Consult an expert before using food supplements in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use, and illness.

Store at room temperature and in a dry place. Keep out of reach of young children.

A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet.
