When you encounter Chaga in nature, it's as hard as wood and therefore difficult to eat or digest. To make its valuable nutrients available to humans, the fungus has been converted into a liquid extract. This involves a three-step extraction process: water, alcohol, and modern ultrasound technology (sound waves that break open the cell wall). This releases the vital nutrients and preserves them in the extract.

The result is a liquid tincture containing the active ingredients of chaga in a much higher concentration than the raw mushroom itself. So you only need a few drops per day.
