For adults, it is recommended to use 10 sprays per day (approx. 200 mg, slightly more than half of the RDA). For children, you can start with 5 sprays and gradually increase to 10 sprays per day if needed.

Allow the oil to absorb for 20 minutes after application. You can rinse off the oil afterward, but it is not necessary.
