The VegaQura Enzyme Complex can be used as a course of treatment or as a daily maintenance dose, depending on your personal needs.

To support digestion
Mix about 1/3 of a bottle (indicated on the label) with a glass of lukewarm water and preferably take it before a meal.

The enzyme complex can also be used as a flavour enhancer, for example in a salad dressing.

The product can also be used by children aged 4 and older, with an adjusted dosage.

For a cleansing effect
Take about 25 ml once or twice a day on an empty or half-empty stomach.

Mix the liquid with lukewarm water, herbal tea, or carbonated spring water.

Do you find the taste too sweet? Dilute it with extra water or use about 1/3 of a bottle instead of 25 ml.

For extra support, you can also dissolve a sachet of probiotics in the same glass of water.

The enzyme complex can in most cases be combined with medication.

Storage advice
Store the product in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.
After opening, the product can be kept for approximately 6 months in the refrigerator.
Keep out of reach of children.
