GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THAT’S THE SPIRIT (TTS SHOP LIMITED)

This webshop is operated by TTS MEDIA International LLP, trading under the name That’s the Spirit.

TTS MEDIA International LLP, trading under the name That’s the Spirit, is the contractual counterparty for all orders placed through this webshop.

2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements made through the That's the Spirit webshop.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. Formation of the Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:

• suspected fraud or misuse
• payment issues
• clear errors in pricing or product information
• logistical limitations

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in euros.

Payment is made directly when placing the order using available payment methods in the webshop.

In the event of unjustified chargebacks, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

5. Delivery

We do our best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are always indicative and may vary per destination.

The customer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address.

Once an order has been delivered to the specified address, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.

Important:

To initiate a return, you must first contact us via:

support@thatsthespirit.nu

Upon registration, you will receive return instructions from us.

7. Return Conditions

• Products must be returned unused and in reasonable condition
• In original packaging, if possible
• Return shipment must be sent within 14 days of approval
• Return costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

8. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• digital products once delivery or access has started
• products whose seal has been broken (if applicable)
• custom-made or personalized products

9. Warranty and Conformity

The statutory warranty applies to all products.

In case of a defect or problem, you can contact us via support@thatsthespirit.nu.

In such a case, we will provide an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Liability

is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit.

Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant order, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes statutory consumer rights.

11. Digital Products and External Platforms

Some products (such as courses) are delivered via external platforms.

After purchase, the customer may be redirected to a third-party platform.

The terms and conditions of that third party apply to these platforms.

TTS MEDIA International LLP is not responsible for:

• content of external platforms
• technical malfunctions or availability
• changes or restrictions by third parties

12. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (AVG/GDPR).

13. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.

If applicable, the law of the consumer's country of residence may also apply.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions.

The most current version is always available on our webshop.
