Relax with Epsom salts

Epsom salt is also known as Epsom salt or magnesium sulfate. Magnesium is an important mineral for many bodily processes, but especially for the proper functioning of your nerves and muscles. How to use Epsom salts

For a wonderfully relaxing bath, add 300 grams of Epsom salts to a full bath. Soak in the bathwater for at least 10 minutes. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for added relaxation.

As an in-shower scrub, take as much Epsom salt in your hand as you think you need and scrub your damp skin with the salt. Pay extra attention to areas where your muscles are tired. Epsom salt is also suitable for gently exfoliating your face.

For a foot bath, add half a cup of Epsom salts to a warm bath. Soak your feet for 10 minutes and dry. Wonderful for tired feet!
