The word kefir is derived from the Turkish word keyfir, which means 'feeling good'. Oerkefir is a naturally fermented dairy product with a wide range of living microorganisms (bacteria and yeasts) that naturally occur in oerkefir due to the fermentation process.

Recommended use: 3-6 capsules per day (3000 mg). 6 capsules are approximately equivalent to 24 ml of fresh primeval kefir.

Each capsule contains 100 billion CFU of live cultures, sourced from real kefir, not laboratory strains. The freeze-dried form ensures the strains remain stable and active deep into your digestive system.
