Tests have shown that moringa and tulsi enhance each other's effects. The Persian basil gives this tea blend an uplifting, fresh taste that can somewhat be described as anise/fennel-like, but that's only part of its mystical flavor. Don't make this tea too strong; a less strong tea tastes better. The tea is invigorating and diuretic and otherwise possesses the combined properties of both moringa tea and tulsi tea. For a pot of tea, put one tablespoon of tea in boiling water and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. Pour the tea into a cup through a tea strainer to catch the leaves. For 1 cup of tea, use a teaspoon of tea in a tea strainer or a tea infuser and let it steep for at least 5 minutes as well.

Moringa's Finest is a Dutch company with roots in Brabant. Their strength lies in their collaboration with small-scale farmers in Burundi. The moringa seeds for their oil are hand-harvested by local farmers, who receive a fair price for their work. The oil is naturally cold-pressed by Belgian monks, under the supervision of a GMP certification. A portion of the proceeds goes back to social services in the region.
