Why proteins?

StrongMe can help you easily supplement that daily base. The powder is made from organic brown rice: a whole grain with a complete amino acid profile, a mild flavor, and excellent absorption. Unlike refined white rice, brown rice is rich in nutrients and fits well into a natural lifestyle.

Why also creatine?

Creatine is a naturally occurring substance that helps support muscle strength and performance. It's primarily found in muscle cells, where it contributes to short-term explosive power. Think of sprinting, strength training, but also climbing stairs, carrying groceries, or an active day with your children.

StrongMe contains 3 grams of creatine monohydrate per serving. This is a form that is easily absorbed and safe for adults, especially those who are aging and want to maintain muscle strength in everyday life.

You'll receive two cans, totaling 750 grams and enough for 30 servings of 25 grams. You can shake StrongMe with plant-based milk or water, or add it to a smoothie with, for example, banana, frozen berries, or nut butter.
