GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THAT’S THE SPIRIT (TTS SHOP LIMITED)

TTS Shop Limited, trading under the name That’s the Spirit, is the contracting party for all orders placed via this webshop.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements via the That’s the Spirit webshop.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Formation of the agreement
The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and receives an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
- suspected fraud or misuse
- payment problems
- obvious errors in price or product information
- logistical limitations
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euros.
Payment is made directly when placing the order, using the payment methods available in the webshop.
In case of unjustified chargebacks, we reserve the right to refuse future orders.
5. Delivery
We do our best to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
Delivery times are always indicative and may vary by destination.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address.
Once an order has been delivered to the specified address, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
6. Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.

7. Return conditions
- Products must be returned unused and in reasonable condition
- In the original packaging where possible
- The return must be shipped within 14 days of approval
- Return shipping costs are for the customer, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered (our error)
Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- digital products once delivery or access has started
- products whose seal has been broken (where applicable)
- custom-made or personalised products
9. Warranty and conformity
The statutory warranty applies to all products.
In case of a defect or problem, please contact support@thatsthespirit.nu.
We will then arrange a suitable solution such as repair, replacement or refund.
10. Liability
TTS Shop Limited is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
Our liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order concerned, insofar as permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights.
11. Digital products and external platforms
Some products (such as courses) are delivered via external platforms.
After purchase, the customer may be redirected to a third-party platform.
The terms and conditions of that third party apply on these platforms.
TTS Shop Limited is not responsible for:
- the content of external platforms
- technical failures or availability
- changes or restrictions imposed by third parties

We process personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).

13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Where applicable, the law of the consumer’s country of residence may also apply.
14. Changes
We reserve the right to amend these general terms and conditions.
