Orders to the Netherlands and Belgium are usually delivered within 1-3 business days; orders to other EU countries usually within 5-7 business days. Please note these are average delivery times – it can sometimes take a little longer, for example during busy periods at the carrier.
Shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium on orders from €100 (otherwise €7.20). To other EU countries shipping is €14.99. We currently do not ship to Norway, the United Kingdom or the United States.
Has your order not arrived after 5 business days (Netherlands and Belgium) or 7 business days (other EU countries)? Please contact us at support@thatsthespirit.nu and we'll make sure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

It can of course happen that an order isn't quite what you hoped for. No problem: you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Before returning a product, please contact us first at support@thatsthespirit.nu. This allows us to register your return properly and keep the process running smoothly.
Conditions for returns
- The product must be undamaged, unwashed and unused.
- Where reasonably possible, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return shipping costs
The cost of returning the order is paid by the customer, unless the mistake is ours (for example, a wrong or damaged product was delivered).
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
To make your return as smooth as possible, we always appreciate receiving the track & trace code of your return shipment, so we can keep an eye on it for you.
