Castile Soap - the versatile base ingredient

Castile in Spain was one of the first regions in Europe where this soap was produced. A good, 100% natural product that can be used in countless ways: from hand soap to laundry detergent and from cleaning product to toothpaste. Strange, really, that such a wonderful soap has over time been replaced by the synthetic alternatives found in shops today. Fortunately, the recipe for pure castile soap was never lost, and you have now discovered this natural secret!

Our liquid castile soap is made from saponified coconut and sunflower oil. The soap is purely natural and entirely plant-based - so it contains no ingredients you don't want to find in your soap: castile soap is free from SLS, SLES, parabens, phenoxyethanol, surfactants, PEG and propylene glycol. In addition, castile soap contains no animal fats and no palm oil. Our castile soap is also biodegradable, making it a very environmentally friendly alternative to commercial synthetic soaps. Use

Liquid castile soap is essentially ready to use and the possibilities are endless: hand soap, liquid laundry detergent, shaving soap or cleaning product. For all of these uses you can adapt the castile soap to your own preferences. For example, add a few drops of essential oil for a lovely scent: lavender for the laundry, manuka for your hands, lemon for cleaning.
