Operation

The filtration process of the Aqualine 12 consists of several stages. Bacteria, parasites, and rust are first removed from the water by the ceramic filter. Then, the activated carbon filter absorbs chemicals such as chlorine and heavy metals, which improves the taste and odor of the water.

Next, the water flows through a mineralization filter, where essential minerals are added to make the water alkaline. When first installing the Aqualine 12, it is important to properly saturate the multi-stage filter. This means flushing the filter several times before it is fully activated. This prevents blockages and ensures optimal water flow.

Why the Aqualine 12?

The Aqualine 12 offers a comprehensive multi-stage filtration system that effectively removes microplastics, GenX, PFAS, heavy metals, and other contaminants. At the same time, it adds essential minerals, which improves water quality and makes the water alkaline.

The use of ABS plastic in this model provides a durable and safe solution. ABS is BPA-free, phthalate-free, and leaves no odor or taste in the water. This material is known for its sturdiness and light weight, making the water filter easy to move and maintain.

The Aqualine 12 is available in two versions: alkaline or pH-neutral. The alkaline version increases the pH value of the water, which can contribute to a better pH balance in the body. The pH-neutral variant remains around a value of 7.3, if you prefer to drink water without a change in pH.

In addition, the Aqualine 12 features Elvan mineral stones, which enrich the water with calcium, magnesium, and potassium. With the Aqualine 12, you invest in a healthy lifestyle and crystal-clear drinking water. Whether you choose the alkaline or pH-neutral version, you always enjoy the pure taste of filtered water, free from harmful substances.

Aqualine (formerly known as AQV) is a Dutch brand that has been importing South Korean water filter systems since 2001 through the company Tradeline. The filters operate entirely on gravity, without electricity or a fixed water connection: tap water flows downwards through multiple filter layers and emerges purified, mineralized, and with improved taste. The mission is simple: to provide everyone with access to pure, healthy drinking water.
