Operation

The Aqualine 18 purifies water in four phases:

1. The ceramic filter removes bacteria, parasites, and rust particles.

2. The activated carbon filter absorbs chemicals such as chlorine and pesticides and neutralizes unwanted odors and tastes.

3. The mineralization filter adds calcium, magnesium, and potassium and makes the water alkaline (if chosen).

For the best flow and performance, it is important to first thoroughly saturate the filter. This means flushing the system a few times before use. This helps prevent blockages and optimally activates the filter elements.

Why the Aqualine 18?

The Aqualine 18 goes beyond just filtration. This system not only removes microplastics, PFAS, heavy metals, and other contaminants but also adds essential minerals that your body truly needs.

The secret? A unique multi-stage filter system that goes beyond standard water filters. This water filter is made of hand-blown blue glass from South Korea. The blue glass filters UV light, keeping your water fresh longer and optimizing your filter's performance.

There are two versions of the Aqualine water filters: pH-neutral and alkaline. The difference lies in the so-called pH ring. In the alkaline version, after filtration, the water is passed along a pH ring that makes the water more basic (with a pH value around 8.5–9). This is also known as "alkaline water" or "basic water." Many people choose this because it is said to support the body's natural balance and because it tastes softer. The pH-neutral version lacks this pH ring. The water is filtered and mineralized just as well, but retains its neutral pH of approximately 7–7.5. Both versions are equally safe and effective in purifying tap water; it is mainly a matter of personal preference whether you choose neutral or slightly basic water.

In addition, the Aqualine 18 contains mineral stones, which ensure the addition of calcium, magnesium, and potassium. The magnetic tap vitalizes the water with a gentle swirl, inspired by the Schauberger principle. This gives the water a lively structure, similar to how it flows in nature.

Use
Assemble Aqualine 18 and check that everything is securely fastened. Rinse the ceramic filter and mineral stones thoroughly under cold water. Fill the top tank with tap water and let it flow through the filters. In the alkaline version, the pH ring automatically increases the acidity of the water. Dispense the filtered water through the tap and enjoy fresh, vital, and mineral-rich drinking water.

Maintenance

Good product maintenance ensures long-term enjoyment. Here are the most important maintenance points:

• Ceramic filter replaced after 6-12 months, depending on use

• Activated carbon filter replaced every 6 months for optimal filtration

• Elvan mineral stones retain their effectiveness for up to 3 years

• pH ring replaced annually

• Glass tank & tap regularly cleaned with water and a soft brush.

The ceramic filter can be cleaned in between with a scourer to remove accumulated particles. Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, as these can affect the functioning of the filter layers.
