  Not your average nasal spray, but a smart way to absorb liquid curcumin directly through your mucous membranes. Curcumin is normally difficult to absorb, but in this water-soluble form, your body can start using it immediately. Convenient, fast, and effective—exactly what you need on busy or cold days.

Honey: 1 teaspoon per day, pure or in warm (not boiling hot) drinks, yoghurt or smoothies.
