The unrefined Calanus oil is extracted from Calanus finmarchicus, a krill-like crustacean from the cold, pure waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to the natural presence of astaxanthin, the oil remains extremely stable, with an almost zero TOTOX value. This means maximum freshness and effectiveness, without the impurities often found in many fish oils.
