How to use magnesium chloride?

For a wonderfully relaxing bath, add a large cup of magnesium chloride to a full bath. Stay in the bathwater for at least 10 minutes. Add a few drops of lavender essential oil for extra relaxation.

For a foot bath, add half a cup of Epsom salts to a foot bath with warm water. Soak your feet for 10 minutes in the water and dry them. Wonderful for tired feet!
