Mix 1 tablespoon of clay with 3 tablespoons of water in a glass or ceramic bowl. Stir with a wooden or plastic spoon until a thick, spreadable mixture forms. Apply to your face or body, leave on for 10 minutes, and rinse. Never let the mask dry completely to prevent it from drying out.



For a hair mask, massage the mixture into your hair and scalp, leave on for 10 minutes, then rinse.
