The SHE plate is a 7 cm copper plate featuring a special geometric SHE symbol. Within the energetic tradition behind the SHE plate, this geometry is attributed a high Bovis value, also known as life energy.

You can use the plate in various ways: as a coaster, on your bedside table, in your living space or by carrying it with you. For example, place a glass of water, food or another object on the plate when you want to work with it.

A simple and compact tool for anyone interested in energy, consciousness and energetic geometry.

How do you use the SHE plate?

The SHE plate is easy to use. You do not need to activate it in any specific way.

For example, you can:

• use it as a coaster for a glass or bottle;
• place it on your bedside table;
• place it in your living or working space;
• carry it with you in your pocket or bag;
• use it as a base for an object you want to work with energetically.

According to the energetic view behind the SHE plate, its effect is linked to the geometry of the symbol. Within this view, the symbol can influence the energetic value of whatever is placed on it.

What is the Bovis value?

The term Bovis value comes from the energetic and radiesthetic tradition and is used as a measure of the so-called life energy of a person, object or food.

The name refers to André Bovis, who was concerned with measuring the supposed energetic properties of foods, among other things. Within this tradition, it is assumed that everything has a certain energetic value.

The SHE plate is based on this energetic approach and the idea that geometric patterns can influence the energetic value of whatever comes into contact with them.

The SHE plate is available in three variants:

• Copper without numbering
• Stainless steel with numbering
• Stainless steel without numbering

There is no difference in effect or strength between the variants. The choice is therefore mainly a matter of preference.

The SHE plate is made of copper and has a compact size of 7 cm. This makes it easy to take with you and to use in different places around the home.

Thanks to its small size, it fits easily on your bedside table, on your desk or in a bag, for example.

The SHE plate suits people who are interested in:

• energetic awareness;
• geometry and symbolism;
