Track your order
Once your order has been shipped from That's The Spirit , you'll automatically receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a track and trace link . This link allows you to easily track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives.
How does tracking your order work?

After completing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation by email .

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second email with the track and trace code from the delivery service.

Click the link in this email to check the status of your delivery .
The shipping status is updated regularly by the carrier. Therefore, it may take some time for new information to become visible.
Did not receive email
Didn't receive a shipping confirmation or track and trace link? First, check your spam or junk mail folder.
If you don't see anything there, please contact us at support@thatsthespirit.nu and we'll help you further.
Delay in delivery
Sometimes an order may take a little longer to arrive due to busy times at the carrier.
If your package hasn't arrived after 5 business days , please send us a message at support@thatsthespirit.nu . We'll check the status with the carrier and get back to you quickly.
Multiple packages
Your order may be shipped in multiple packages . In that case, you'll receive a separate track and trace link for each package. These packages may be delivered at different times.
