Operation

The filtration process of the Aqualine 5 works in several steps. First, a ceramic filter removes bacteria, rust, and other particles. Then comes the activated carbon filter, which absorbs chlorine, pesticides, and other chemical substances.

Subsequently, the water flows through the mineralization filter, where minerals are added and, if you choose the alkaline version, the pH value is increased.

For optimal water flow, it is important to properly saturate the filter during the initial installation. This means flushing the system a few times before it works optimally. This prevents blockages and ensures maximum purification by the filter.

Why the Aqualine 5?

Purifying water is one thing, but enriching water is where the Aqualine 5 truly makes a difference. This system not only removes microplastics, PFAS, pesticides, and heavy metals, but also adds essential minerals such as magnesium, calcium, and potassium. This not only makes your water taste better, but also contributes to your hydration and overall health.

The sturdy ABS plastic from which this model is made is completely BPA and phthalate-free. No strange odors, no chemical substances, just pure water. And because ABS is lighter than glass, the Aqualine 5 is easy to move and simple to maintain.

You have the choice between alkaline or pH-neutral water. The alkaline version increases the pH value and can contribute to a better acid-base balance in your body. The pH-neutral variant remains around 7.3, which is ideal if you want to keep your water as natural as possible. Thanks to the mineral stones, the water acquires a natural structure and vitality.

And the best part? In an emergency (think of a natural disaster or a water pipe malfunction), the Aqualine 5 can even purify rainwater or ditch water into safe and clean drinking water.

Usage
In this manual, the instructions for installation and use are explained. Please read it carefully before you start using the Aqualine 5.

Maintenance

To continue guaranteeing the quality of your water, it is important to replace the components in a timely manner. The ceramic filter lasts 6 to 12 months, depending on how much it is used. The activated carbon filter needs to be replaced every 6 months. The mineral stones can be used for up to 3 years and the pH ring for about a year.

Clean the collection tank easily with a soft brush and water. Please note: aggressive cleaning agents affect filter effectiveness, so make sure to clean the material gently.

Aqualine (formerly known as AQV) is a Dutch brand that has been importing South Korean water filter systems since 2001 through the company Tradeline. The filters operate entirely on gravity, without electricity or a fixed water connection: tap water flows downwards through multiple filter layers and emerges purified, mineralized, and with improved taste. The mission is simple: to give everyone access to pure, healthy drinking water.
