Operation

The filtration process of the Aqualine Neos is carefully designed. In the first phase, a ceramic filter removes bacteria, rust particles, and other visible contaminants. Then, the water flows through a multi-step filter where activated carbon, magnesium and bio-ceramic balls, and ion-exchange resin work together to filter heavy metals, pesticides, medicine residues, endocrine disruptors, microplastics, and chlorine from the water. This combination not only ensures a cleaner taste but also a safer basis.

During the mineralization phase, the system adds essential minerals via Elvan stones, a volcanic rock from South Korea. These stones release up to eighteen different minerals, similar to what you find in spring water. Some of these stones are impregnated with silver to keep the water fresh, even when it stands for a longer period.

What makes this variant so special is the combination of innovation and purity. The collection tank is made of borosilicate glass, completely lead-free, and resistant to temperature changes. The material is taste-neutral and does not release chemical substances into the water, unlike many plastic alternatives. The top tank is made of durable ABS, a safe plastic that does not contain BPA or other harmful substances and leaves no odor or taste.

The Aqualine Neos is available in two variants: pH-neutral and Redox. The pH-neutral version provides filtered water with a stable pH of approximately 7.3. This variant contains no elements that affect the acidity of the water. If you choose the Redox variant, the pH value of the water is increased by approximately one and a half points, resulting in slightly alkaline water. At the same time, the oxidation-reduction potential is lowered, which gives the water antioxidant properties.

Usage
Before use, please read the Aqualine Neos manual carefully. When using it for the first time, it is important to flush the system thoroughly so that the filters become saturated and function optimally. After that, it is mainly a matter of regular refilling and timely maintenance.

Maintenance

To maintain the quality and functionality of the Aqualine Neos, the components must be replaced periodically.

• The ceramic filter: every 6-12 months
• The multi-step filter: every 6 months
• The mineral stones: every 3 years

The glass collection tank can be easily cleaned with warm water and a soft brush. Avoid aggressive cleaning agents, as these affect filter effectiveness.
