Unprocessed Calanus oil is extracted from Calanus finmarchicus, a krill-like crustacean native to the cold, pristine waters of the North Atlantic Ocean. Thanks to the natural presence of astaxanthin, the oil remains extremely stable, with a nearly zero TOTOX value.
