This supplement contains 5-HTP, which is converted into serotonin. This is a precursor to melatonin, better known as the sleep hormone.
This supplement also contains certain herbs and plants that help promote sleep readiness, support a good night's sleep, and help you wake up refreshed. They also help you relax your mind.

Sleep contains Griffonia simplicifolia, which promotes melatonin production, as well as the amino acid 5-HTP (L-5-hydroxytryptophan). The seeds of the Griffonia plant are rich in this amino acid. 5-HTP crosses the bloodstream barrier and is then converted into serotonin in the brain. Serotonin can then be converted into melatonin, the sleep hormone.
Sleep also contains Valerian, Reishi, and L-theanine. Valerian, a herbaceous plant, and Reishi, an Asian mushroom, offer various health benefits. Valerian helps with stress management, relaxation, sleep readiness, and a restful night's sleep. Reishi supports the immune system and is good for cholesterol levels. L-theanine, an amino acid found in tea leaves and mushrooms, supports energy levels, the immune system, and helps you stay fresh and alert.
Use and dosage:
Take 2 capsules with water half an hour before bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Not suitable for children under 18, during pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Do not use in conjunction with medications that affect brain metabolism, such as antidepressants and tranquilizers.
