About Chaga

Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is a woody fungus that grows on birch trees in cold regions such as Siberia and Scandinavia. It looks like a dark knot on the trunk and has been valued in these regions for centuries.

Because Chaga is rock-hard in nature and barely digestible, it is processed into a concentrated extract. Water, alcohol and ultrasonic sound waves break open the tough cell walls, so that valuable compounds such as polysaccharides, beta-glucans and betulin end up in the extract.

Take 1 capsule, 1 or 2 times daily. Swallow with water. Avoid combining with carbonated beverages or medications.
