About Lion’s Mane

Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), also known as the bearded tooth mushroom, grows like a white waterfall of long spines on tree trunks. The mushroom contains unique bioactive compounds, such as erinacines and hericenones, which are the subject of extensive scientific research.

Foodsporen produces the extract using water, alcohol and ultrasonic extraction, so that as many valuable compounds as possible are retained.
