About the five mushrooms

• Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus) – the ‘smart mushroom’, valued in Japan and China for centuries.
• Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis CS-4) – traditionally popular in Eastern teachings and well loved by active people.
• Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) – the ‘mushroom of immortality’, valued in China for more than 2,000 years.
• Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) – the ‘king of the forest’, grows on birch trees in Scandinavia and Siberia.
• Agaricus blazei (Agaricus subrufescens) – originally from Brazil, also known as the almond mushroom.

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily, preferably with a glass of water and during or after a meal for optimal absorption. Avoid taking the capsules with carbonated drinks, as this may reduce absorption. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
