About Reishi

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a woody mushroom that grows on deciduous trees. The fruiting body – the visible part of the mushroom – naturally contains bioactive compounds such as polysaccharides and triterpenes.

Because Reishi is tough and woody, you can't simply eat it. That's why Foodsporen turns it into a concentrated extract. First the water-soluble compounds are extracted, then alcohol is used to extract the compounds that don't dissolve in water. Finally, ultrasonic sound waves break open the tough cell walls, so that as many valuable compounds as possible are retained.

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily. Swallow with water. Avoid combining with carbonated beverages or medications.
