Tulsi (also called holy basil) is one of the most beloved herbs in Ayurvedic tradition. This tea is 100% pure, without additives, and consists solely of high-quality dried tulsi leaves.

Tulsi is known for its adaptogenic properties: it helps the body cope with stress, supports the immune system, and promotes mental clarity. The flavor is mildly spicy with hints of clove and basil. Perfect as a daily tea, especially during busy or unsettled times!

1 teaspoon per cup, steep in boiled water for 5–10 minutes. For a more intense flavor, steep the tea longer or briefly boil the herbs.
