Pine Pollen Capsules contain only pollen from the pine tree. It is harvested from one specific pine species, the Masson’s Pine (Pinus massoniana). 99% of the pollen used already has a broken cell wall. As a result, unlike many other pollen products, it is easily absorbed by the human body.

Pine pollen is known for its high content of active compounds. In Dutch the pine tree is also called a ‘pijnboom’ or, in English, a pine tree, hence the English name Pine Pollen.

Pine pollen is recommended as one of the most powerful supplements for men. But many people don’t realise that women can also benefit greatly from this unique superfood. So what exactly are these powerful pollen, and why are they so healthy?

As a supplement, pine pollen is fairly new in the Western world. That is not the case in many Eastern countries. In China in particular, this pollen has been used for more than 2,000 years for its high nutritional value and medicinal properties.

It is regarded as a sacred food and is known as ‘China Dragon’. In ancient China, the first harvest of pine pollen was brought to the emperor every year, as it was said to be the source of eternal youth. The pollen is collected from the pine tree.

There are 126 species of pine, but only a limited number can be used for effective pine pollen. The Masson’s Pine (Pinus massoniana) in particular is known for its effective active compounds.

In total, pine pollen contains more than 200 bioavailable nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes and antioxidants.

In addition, it contains a relatively high level of natural phyto-androgens (namely: DHEA, androstenedione, androsterone and testosterone).

The great advantage of pine pollen is its natural, good absorbability in our body: thanks to the broken cell wall, it is particularly easy for our body to digest and absorb.

Our Pine Pollen Capsules are made from the highest-quality pollen in the world, namely broken-cell-wall pollen from the Masson’s Pine (Pinus massoniana).

It is harvested only from the best pine cones. Pine trees and their pollen are rarely visited by insects and are therefore naturally free of insecticides. Thanks to the selective harvesting process of our Pine Pollen Capsules, this pollen is also guaranteed to come from a pure floral source and to be of high quality.

The pollen is selectively harvested at the perfect moment. Every spring this takes place within 3 to 5 days, to guarantee the high quality and potency of the pollen. This pine pollen is 100% pure and natural, straight from the tree, and contains no sugars, artificial colourings or preservatives.

• Wild-harvested for maximum potency.
• 99% cracked-cell-wall pollen for up to 20% more absorption.
• Low-temperature production process.
• 0% fillers.
• Processed in a GMP-certified facility.

The most important nutrients in the pollen are the bio-identical androgens. Together with ginseng, maca and ashwagandha, pine pollen is one of the only (known) phyto-androgens found in nature.

Pine pollen contains, among other things: high concentrations of natural substances that balance the hormonal system, DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone), androstenedione, essential amino acids, B vitamins, vitamin E, vitamin D3, beta-carotene, selenium, calcium, iron, magnesium, nucleic acid, living enzymes, polysaccharides, essential fatty acids, antioxidants, glutathione, phytosterols and a high dose of superoxide dismutase (SOD),an essential enzyme that 'cleans up' oxygen radicals in organisms.
