Use and dosage:
Propolis tincture is the most powerful propolis for internal use.
There is no recommended fixed dosage; sometimes a few drops of tincture (1-3 times a day) are sufficient, sometimes larger amounts are needed.

It is recommended to start with approximately 15 drops per day for adults, and then reduce this to 5 drops twice a day, with the last dose before bedtime. There are no set dosages for children under 12, but half the adult dose is often used.

Drop the propolis on bread or in your smoothie. It can also be placed on a (plastic) spoon or directly in your mouth. Dissolving it in water is not effective.

Do not use if you are allergic to propolis.
