The Recovery Sauna can be set up in 5–10 minutes. The steam generator heats your tent quickly and efficiently, with low energy consumption (an average of 15 cents per session). The tent is suitable for indoor and outdoor use, as long as you protect it from rain and strong winds.

Why choose steam instead of dry?

Steam has a deeper effect. The moist heat opens your pores, stimulates the lymphatic system, and promotes deep cleansing of your skin. The heat has a relaxing effect on your muscles and joints and is absorbed faster and more intensely than in a dry sauna. This allows you to achieve a powerful effect at a lower temperature (and therefore less strain on the heart and lungs).

Start with about 15 minutes per session. Prepare your favorite oil, breathe deeply, and let the warmth do its work. Combine it with a cold shower or ice bath for a complete restorative ritual.

Please note: Essential oils should not be placed in the steam generator water, but they can be placed in the built-in fragrance compartment in the tent itself.
